Assessment Revaluation

Property values are updated every four years. The Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency (SAMA) oversees a full revaluation of all properties in the province. June 30, 2006 will be the base date for the next revaluation in 2009. If you would like more information, please see the Revaluation 2009 section on SAMA’s website (www.sama.sk.ca).
