“Lumsden & District Arts Council strives to infuse the arts into all facets of community
life.”
We offer:
• Art classes for children and adults
• Short workshops such as bookmaking, printing, etc.
• Concert series featuring local, national and international musicians
• Regular open studio time
• Information on and connections with artists and other art organizations in
southern Saskatchewan
• Collaborative art-making opportunities
• Exhibitions and other special events
• And much, much more!

Spring Luncheon Meeting
Saturday, March 20 at 11:00 AM.

We'll have a brief Annual General Meeting first and then visiting over lunch.
(Please bring $5 for lunch. We'll treat to dessert.)
Come join us if you are someone who:
- wants to support the arts in our community
- wants to meet other like minded people
- has a good idea or two to share
- is interested in getting involved in the Arts Council
- is not interested in being more involved but wants to support others who are
- is curious about what's happening, what's for lunch, who will be there

Art of Wine – Saturday, February 27th at Centennial Hall
Enjoy an evening designed to showcase local artists and their work. The exhibition will be open to the general public in the afternoon as the Arts Council offers workshops. Evening guests will be participating in an evening of wine tasting while they mingle amongst the fine art on display.
